Before proceeding, a little background about the 2011 Northeast Iowa Biomass Asset Map:
The 2011 Northeast Iowa Biomass Asset Map has been produced with a combination of public, private, and non-profit entities contributing either funds or in-kind support over the duration of the project. While we envision providing the tool to the entire state of Iowa, we have initially included the following 11 northeastern Iowa counties: Howard, Winneshiek, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Bremer, Fayette, Clayton, Blackhawk, Buchanan, Delaware, and Dubuque. See a map of the study area here.
