DIS offers expertise in managing online Microsoft services. Our Consulting Global Administrator can assist organizations with installation and help desk issues for Office 365 and SharePoint permissions for users. This role can also create users on your domain and provide support for security.
Available Services:
- Office 365 administration/Exchange– Cloud support, installation/support of Office products.
- Azure administration - Cloud support.
- Active Directory administration – Create user accounts, user permissions.
- Windows 10-11 administrator – able to fix issues with user computers/laptops regarding their operating system. Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Able to investigate, diagnose and resolve computer related technical problems. Peripheral support.
- Microsoft Office 365 user training/support. SharePoint/OneDrive support.
- iPhone/Android support.
